George Boraiko
George has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Loras College and currently serves in the capacity of President/CEO of The Ashdale Group, Inc., an equity growth consulting and resource intermediation firm. Mr. Boraiko has over thirty-two years experience in each of the following industries; real estate syndication, investments & financial management, and business consulting. George is part owner of and/or holds Officer/Director positions in twelve other business entities. Boraiko's professional career includes Management and/or Officer positions with such notable firms as Associates Finance, Merrill Lynch, A.G. Edwards and National Background Data. In addition, he served as President/CEO of First Illinois Capital Corporation, a privately held corporate developer of Partnerships involving Burger King, Ground Round, Arthur Treachers and Pizza Hut.
He continues to pursue his post-graduate studies both professionally and academically through program participation at various Universities and professional workshops. George has hosted numerous public speaking forums including the Junior Service League of Brandon, the Minority Enterprise Development Group, Tampa Hillsborough Public Library, the Hillsborough Small Business Information Center (SBIC), SCORE, the SBDC, the Brandon Chamber of Commerce and many more.

Andy Bragg
Andy Bragg was a financial publishing executive for 30 years before retiring at the end of 2007. He worked at Time Inc. and USA Today and was Vice President, Finance of Time Customer Service, Inc. (TCS) in Tampa for 20 years. He helped launch USA Today in Washington, DC and relocate TCS, Time Inc.'s fulfillment, computer and marketing support operations, from Chicago. His area's responsibilities at TCS included magazine subscription and partnership accounting, postal support and general finance. He has a BS from Yale University and an MBA from Dartmouth College and passed the Certified Financial Planning exam. Currently he is a volunteer for SCORE and Hillsborough County's literacy program and serves on WEDU's Community Advisory Board. |

Paul Brooks
Paul is the owner of Topline Solutions, Inc., a management consulting firm providing C-level consulting services to small- and mid-size technology companies. Areas of expertise include strategic and business planning, organizational effectiveness, and revenue improvement programs. Paul's career spans over 30 years and includes such responsibilities as CEO, COO and CFO. After 17 years with IBM, where he last held the title of VP and General Manager, he has served as CEO of companies ranging from start up to multinational software and services companies. Jeff Cobb

strategies.
Prior to his move to Tampa, Jeff served 28 years with Levi Strauss & Co., the world's largest apparel company, retiring as regional sales and marketing manager for the southeast region in Atlanta. His background includes distribution, new business development, organizational development and sales training. In addition, he was the recipient of the international Koshland Award of Excellence in 1991 for reorganization and team development. Jeff has a BBA degree from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Business.

Michael Cormon
Michael is assisting a few businesses to grow and launch new products and reach new markets during these challenging times.
He work five years in the Finance industry at Merrill Lynch and UBS as licensed securities agent (Series 7) and Registered Investment Adviser (Series 65 & 66). He also held Florida insurances licenses in life, health and variable annuities. Michael served both individual and institutional clients, with a special focus on retirement strategies and wealth management.
Before transitioning to financial services his previous positions were in the High-tech industry for over 20 years, in sales, marketing and international.
He was partner at Worldwide Technology Consulting, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Dolphin Interconnect, European Sales Manager at Tandem Computers and Division Director at Olivetti Spa.
Coupled with his international education, he has extensive experience in global economics, finances and marketing.
He holds a computer sciences degree from Paris VI (France), and he is fluent in French with good basis in Italian and Spanish.

Ed DiSanto
Ed received his Masters Degree from Northern Illinois University in
Industrial Training and holds a Business Degree from Marist College
in Poughkeepsie, New York. He worked in the training and
development arena for the past 25 years at United Airlines World
Headquarters Corporate Training Department in Illinois. After
retiring from United Airlines he continued to conduct workshops and
training seminars as a consultant. He taught at St. Petersburg
College as an adjunct professor for two years in their Corporate
Training Center, in the area of supervision and management. Ed's
entire working career has been spent conducting sales classes and
coaching Account Executives and Sales Managers one on one to help
improve their management and selling skills. He is a former
member of the local Chapter of American Society for Trainers and
Developers (ASTD) and former Faculty Advisor to Moraine Valley
Community College (School of Travel and Tourism) in Illinois. |

Richard D. Flemings
Dick is a native of New England, settling in Clearwater in 1943. He is a
graduate of Clearwater High School, Boston University's College of
Business and Harvard Business School. He served in the US Navy from
1952 to 1954. Following 4 years in the corporate world, Richard
entered public accounting in 1960, establishing his own of office in
1965 and succeeding 30 years built it into a company with a staff of
10 serving 150 commercial, entrepreneurial and professional
enterprises. He is the founder of several ventures, mid-wife at the
birth of some, counselor to many and watched final rites of not a
few. He is experienced in start-up
ventures in construction, wholesales/retail merchandising and
professional practices, and in managing investment portfolios. |

Brian Graham
Brian is the Managing Partner of Quintic Capital, a small Private Equity and Advisory firm focusing on medium size companies in the technology product arena. Quintic Capital is the sponsor of the Suncoast Angel Network a small group of investors with a focus on growth companies looking for B round funding.
Brian has a passion for technology evident from his early involvement with manufacturing software applications and continuing support of technology companies in a variety of verticals. Over the past four years Brian has developed a keen interest in using social networking as a Business Development technique. Ralph A. Hawkins
Ralph retired from IBM after 30 years in Sales, marketing, and general
management assignments. He became Chief Operating Officer at ARI
Network Services, and spent several years consulting. He received
his BS degree from Tennessee Tech University, and had other company
training at American University and Harvard Business School. He is
also versed in transportation issues, data networks, insurance, and
counseling. Ralph has been a member of the local SCORE Chapter for
ten years, as a counselor, and workshop instructor. |

Brett has experience as founder and CEO of TOBEK Technical Services, a firm which he started with no outside investment and grew to 80 people in three years. He then positioned the firm and sold it to Inacom, a Fortune 500 company. Brett also has experience as a CIO, VP of Strategic Development, VP of Services R&D, Principal Consultant, Industry Analyst, and Program Manager.
Brett is an effective communicator in writing as well as a highly energetic and persuasive public speaker. He has published several magazine articles as well as over 50 industry white and position papers. He has spoken on numerous occasions to audiences of senior and executive management teams on optimizing IT investment, developing strategy, and effective IT management.

Noel Pease
Noel has been in the technical environment for 55 Years, computers since 1964. He has managed groups of technical contributors; both hardware and software since 1962. Noel was the Transport Workers Union Chairman for the State of Arizona in 1960/61. He has been on sea trials for six polaris Submarines. Assisted in the design of the IEC 1010 computer. Noel has founded three startup companies, DICOM Industries, Rosetta Technologies and Positive Productions. Kit worked for a major US engineering, procurement and
construction contractor for 32 years. He was involved
in major EPC projects for the oil, gas, refining,
chemical, power, and petrochemical industries in the
United States, South East Asia and China. His last
position was Vice President and Area Director of Sales
and Marketing for Asia, stationed in Singapore where he
had senior management responsibilities for area sales
and marketing and for the general management of six
Asian subsidiary companies. He is currently owner and
President of Southernstar Consultants LLC, providing
professional services to US and
international engineering and construction contractors
and assistance to companies interested in doing business
in Asia. His book, "Understanding
and Negotiating Construction Contracts", was
published in September, 2006 by RS Means Publishers of

Steve White
Steve has been in the IT industry for close to 30 years. He began in field service and has held many positions during his tenure up to and including the Senior Executive responsible for the Technology Infrastructure for a 900 million dollar company. Steve has built 3 data centers. He has expanded or reconfigured several others. In his infrastructure capacity he has been responsible for Systems Programming, Computer Operations,
Telephony, Network engineering and operations, as well as security and facility management. Steve has his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Empire State College. Steve spent 28 of those 30 years in the financial community in NY in businesses ranging from Commercial Banking through Front-office Brokerage, trading and back-office operations in securities clearance. Since his retirement in 2008, Steve has volunteered his time to local community groups helping with their technology issues including web-design and administration.

Bruce W. Wilkinson, ESQ
Bruce is a founder and principal in Iltellysis, Inc., a Tampa- based
consulting firm. Mr. Wilkinson serves as General Counsel, and he is

He holds a MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School, and is a retired US Army Veteran. During his military career he participated in the complete revitalization and overhaul of the U.S. Military in general, specifically, the U.S. Army from the low status perceived in the 1970's to the most powerful and effective military in history. During his military career, Bill held a successful record for managing complex organizations, supervising hundreds of people through line-management personnel, responsible for millions of dollars in assets.
